Who are we?
WP White Security is a remote software startup that develops a number of WordPress security and administration plugins. Our plugins are installed on more than 350,000 websites and help website administrators and managers improve the security of their website and better manage it and their users.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic online marketing specialist who has at least three years experience in the field to join our growing remote team of professionals and help us grow and reach many more prospects who can benefit from our plugins.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, test, and iterate an outbound marketing strategy to acquire and nurture qualified leads using Pay Per Click campaigns, Sponsorships, Affiliates, Email Marketing, and other channels
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns to increase conversions throughout the entire user funnel
- Perform data analysis on existing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization
- Build and manage landing pages and email marketing campaigns
- Execute promotions and campaigns across different marketing channels
- Provide frequent updates and oversights on the performance of PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing, newsletters, and other marketing channels
- Help the team develop and implement better processes and systems to efficiently execute campaigns and monitor the ROI of every marketing channel
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience growing customer acquisition for a software company
- Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
- Experience executing all or most of the following marketing channels; PPC, Email Marketing, PPC, and SEO
- Have prior experience in B2B lead generation
- Have a passion for software and e-commerce, digital marketing, and small businesses
- Excellent with Google Analytics, Excel, and other tools to aid in growth, including but not limited to marketing automation, analytics, conversion optimization software, etc
- A good understanding of HTML and JavaScripts
- Familiar with the WordPress ecosystem
- Experience working in a remote, non-supervised environment
- Be available for work during European time zone hours from Monday to Friday
