Adding any type of CAPTCHA check to Contact Form 7 forms

This document explains how to use the CAPTCHA 4WP plugin to add a CAPTCHA check (including reCAPTCHA and invisible CAPTCHA) to a form created with Contact Form 7.

Note: Before setting this integration, remove the Site key and Secret key if you have already specified them in the Integrations section of the Contact Form 7 plugin.

Option 1

  1. Navigate to the WordPress dashboard
  2. Click the Contact menu entry and then Contact Forms
  3. Hover over the form where you want to add the CAPTCHA check and click Edit
  4. Place the cursor where you want to add the CAPTCHA check and then click the CAPTCHA shortcut button
  5. Click on Insert Tag to automatically insert the CAPTCHA tag

Option 2

  1. Navigate to the WordPress dashboard
  2. Click the Contact menu entry and then Contact Forms
  3. Hover over the form where you want to add the CAPTCHA check and click Edit
  4. Add the following shortcode where you want to add the CAPTCHA check: [c4wp_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response]
