How to change the WordPress file changes scan frequency and time

The Melapress File Monitor scan schedule is set during the initial configuration process. However, you can change the frequency and time at any point.

You can configure the plugin to scan your website every hour, once a day, or once a week. To change the scan frequency of your WordPress website:

First, navigate to File Monitoring > Settings > General scanning

  • From the Scan frequency drop-down menu, choose your desired scan frequency 
  • From the Scan time drop-down menu, choose your desired time

Once you’ve made your selection, scroll down to the bottom and click on Save to save changes.
