Update 1.2.0 of the Website File Changes Monitor plugin for WordPress is now available for download. In this update we have:
- Added a new Scan Now button to the main interface so you can launch instant file changes scans on your WordPress site with just a mouse click.
- Introduced a new setting to enable the debug logging for the plugin. With this setting, when enabled the plugin will keep a detailed log of what is happening during the current scan. For example which directory it is scanning, what file changes it detected etc. Most probably you won’t need to enable debug logging, but our support team might ask you to enable it when troubleshooting a specific issue.
- Improved the scanning engine to better detect new plugins installs. This improvement addresses some cases in which the plugin does not detect manually installed plugins (via zip file).
